fridge, check. heater, check. it’s really a cabin now, people

This week was a big week around here. We got more tongue and groove car siding for the a-frame walls so we can finally close them off and stop looking at purple insulation. We got our big papa propane tank delivered and hooked up. We got our propane fridge delivered and hooked up. We got our propane heater hooked up in the a-frame and we got the walls up between the kitchen and the bathroom!

The a-frame is really looking like a cabin now and we got to put all our kitchen stuff away and rearrange the table so that we could actually use it! I’m thrilled!

You can now be in the bathroom with complete privacy!

I finally have a kitchen with cabinets and a fridge. Living out of a cooler for four months gets very old.

Morning is a little brighter after a productive day like that. AND we got to go have beers at Keweenaw Brewing Company last night to celebrate!
